The ultimate tribute to a reading program is the objective measurement of improvement as reported in pre and post-test scores at the end of predetermined periods of intense instruction. Over 450 students participated in the studies listed below. They had all begun remediation at least two years behind their reading grade level placement. The high school and adult students began reading remediation with reading grade level scores between 2.0 and 5.0.
The following 15 institutions participated in pre and post testing as measured by several standardized tests:
